What I've discovered since my disposable income skyrocketed since being released from the debt burden is how much I enjoy giving to others. While I'd probably buy a condo outright, and perhaps a new car, it would be a lot of fun to fund some other people's dreams, though anonymously, if possible.

I'll let you all know if I ever come into a sudden windfall!Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04850745429509147652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634776389542754944.post-51926939560812442202011-01-28T17:54:22.065-05:002011-01-28T17:54:22.065-05:00I am with you! I have a roof over my head, food on the table and loving family around me.

I must admit, however, that if I had unlimited resources, after paying off debt and giving to the church, I would want to redo our master bathroom, get new windows for the house and get my teeth worked on (braces, etc.) It is fun to dream sometimes isn't it!One More Equals Fourhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15272351409752530133noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634776389542754944.post-87678861510591594952011-01-28T17:45:52.011-05:002011-01-28T17:45:52.011-05:00I think one of our friends was talking about how m...I think one of our friends was talking about how much preschool costs, and then others chimed in about whether or not to put the kids in preschool or save for college, or how about retirement. Things have definitely changed a lot, even in just the past decade. A lot of our friends live in condos or townhouses so that they can pay the homeowners' association fee and not deal with having to maintain a yard. Especially with the long hours that people work nowadays, it would be hard to get out there to garden. We didn't have that much growing up either, but we kids never knew it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634776389542754944.post-29243830698067119342011-01-28T16:13:36.284-05:002011-01-28T16:13:36.284-05:00What a wonderful post.
